Where information is processed
The system uses SYNERVA hosting and the AI platforms, messaging channels and business tools needed for your project. Some providers may process data outside the UAE. We discuss the providers and your requirements before launch. A specific hosting region is agreed separately.
How long information is kept
Our privacy policy covers conversations on this website. For your business system, we agree retention, export, deletion and backup arrangements separately. Let us know about any specific requirements when we discuss the project.
